pMy friends Mark and Rhett set up a new business venture a little over a year ago. Its a 5-week ACT preparation course that they call The ACT Boot Camp. It seemed like a strange change, for Mark at least. Rhetts a high school algebra teacher, so it doesnt seem quite so out of his line. But for the past few years Mark has played for and managed a professional gambling team. When I asked him about it, he said that the two fields are actually remarkably the same./p
pWith card counting, the idea is to break down the game to find a way to crack the code, so to speak, and beat the house. Its about working the game to your advantage systematically. He says you can crack the ACT the same way. The test is apparently always the same in certain senses. There are the same number and types of questions, the same tricks and the same essential knowledge tested every time, though the questions change. Therefore its beatable. Just develop a system and learn certain tips and tricks made-to-order specifically for the ACT and you can hope for a much better score. /p
pAt one time I actually trained with Princeton Review to train students for the GRE, so I told him I had a fair idea of the relevant strategies. Rhett asked if maybe Id want to work for them, and I said Id definitely consider it. For now Im going to write a couple of news articles for them. Plus, I recommended they invest in some a title=promotional marketing products href=http://perfectimprints.com/ target=_blankpromotional marketing products/a to advertise on high school campuses. Theyve already been all over the area handing out thousands of flyers, but theyre looking to beef up their marketing strategy. Mark loved the idea and is planning on buying some of a title=promotional frisbees href=http://perfectimprints.com/sports-and-outdoor/beach-promotional-products/promotional-frisbees.html target=_blankthese/a frisbees. He wanted to get a title=custom drink coasters href=http://perfectimprints.com/food-and-drink/bar-accessories/coasters.html target=_blankcustom drink coasters/a, but I hinted that perhaps parents would not appreciate that freebie quite as much./p
